Volunteer Park Fall Restoration Day - September 17

Save the date for the Volunteer Park Trust's 6th annual fall clean up event on September 17, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This major restoration effort brings scores of friends and neighbors together to make a huge impact on Volunteer Park. In past years volunteers have prepared beds for replanting (according to the original Olmsted plans), laid new gravel on paths, cleared out invasive weeds, and planted shrubs. Their efforts supplement the park staffs' work caring for the park and help restore the Olmsted vision for Volunteer Park.

The Trust will provide tools, gloves, and free coffee and donuts! Come help make Volunteer Park more beautiful for everyone.
