Sierra Place

Sierra Place is a “pocket park” located in the Mt. Baker neighborhood at 3300 Sierra Drive.

Sierra Place is located at the juncture of Landing Parkway and Sierra Drive. From this location, Landing Parkway runs approximately three block east to connect to Lake Washington Boulevard. As with Lakewood Triangle and Hunter Boulevard, Landing Parkway and Sierra Place were set aside “for parkway purposes” when the Mt. Baker neighborhood was first platted and developed by the Hunter Track Improvement Co. in 1909. The neighborhood was laid out in consultation with the Olmsted Brothers.
